The Row4Kids 2,000 Meter Challenge

Started by Charles Tillman and Jacob Beckley, The Row4Kids Challenge was created to build awareness and raise funds for underfunded childhood cancers and to provide resources to children and their families who are in need.

There is no greater challenge than one that is physical, psychological and rewarding. It needs to put you in the most uncomfortable position, taking you to the point of giving up. Then, you need to dig deeper and push through it. This is when you truly feel like you’ve accomplished something. The 2,000 meter row-sprint is a test of endurance and psychological will.

How do I participate in the Row4Kids Challenge?

  1. ACCEPT: Accept the challenge;

  2. RECORD: Take a video of yourself rowing the 2,000 meters;

  3. TAG: Upload your video to social media with the hashtag #Row4Kids, tagging/challenging at least three of your friends;

  4. GIVE: Make a donation to support Row4Kids.

@spiceadams I challenge you to row 2k meters in under 7 minutes. I did mine in 7:34. Post your results then challenge someone else. Let’s see if we can get this going viral. 🚣🏿‍♂️🏊🏿‍♂️#BeenGrindingAllMyLife #CornerstoneFoundation #BeckleyFoundation #Row4Kids #PeanutPunch

Do I have to donate if I take the challenge?

No, by participating in the challenge you’re already raising awareness! Making a donation, however, will help our missions to support underfunded childhood cancers and provide resources to families in need. So participating and donating is ideal.

Do I have to be challenged to participate in the Row4Kids Challenge?

No! If you want to take the challenge, just do it. Be the person who gets the challenge going by challenging your personal network of friends and family members.
